1	A bill to be entitled
2	An act relating to district courts of appeal;
3	repealing s. 35.07, F.S., relating to the district
4	courts of appeal's authority to make rules and
5	regulations for their internal government; providing
6	an effective date.

8	Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
9
10	Section 1.  Section 35.07, Florida Statutes, is repealed.
11	Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2012.
