       The Committee on Health Regulation (Sobel) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete everything after the enacting clause
    4  and insert:
    5         Section 1. Section 381.00325, Florida Statutes, is
    6  repealed.
    7         Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2012.

   10         And the title is amended as follows:
   11         Delete everything before the enacting clause
   12  and insert:
   13                        A bill to be entitled                      
   14         An act relating to the Department of Health; repealing
   15         s. 381.00325, F.S., relating to department
   16         authorization for the development of a Hepatitis A
   17         awareness program; providing an effective date.
