Explanation:
The amendment increases the funding for the African American Task Force 
from $100,000 to $200,000 by reducing the funding provided for the 
Destination Graduation Program from $3,250,000 to $3,150,000.

In Section 02, on Page 24, DELETE the following:

From  the  funds  in  Specific  Appropriation 97 from the Administrative
Trust  Fund,  $100,000  shall  be  provided to the African American Task
Force and $100,000 shall be provided to the Florida Holocaust Museum.

and insert in lieu thereof:

From  the  funds  in  Specific  Appropriation 97, $100,000 from the 
Administrative Trust Fund and $100,000 from General Revenue shall  be  
provided to the African American Task Force and $100,000 from the 
Administrative Trust Fund shall be provided to the Florida Holocaust 
Museum.
Line item amendments are accepted as part of the amendatory process. However, due to the necessity of using computerized systems this may entail a different placement within a budget entity or the renumbering of the specific appropriation items.
