Explanation:
The amendment provides $250,000 in funding for the Florida African 
American Heritage Preservation Network from the Department of Education 
Administrative Trust Fund.

In Section 02, on Page 24, DELETE the following:

From  the  funds  in  Specific  Appropriation 97 from the Administrative
Trust  Fund,  $100,000  shall  be  provided to the African American Task
Force and $100,000 shall be provided to the Florida Holocaust Museum.

and insert in lieu thereof:

From  the  funds  in  Specific  Appropriation 97 from the Administrative
Trust  Fund,  $100,000  shall  be  provided to the African American Task
Force, $100,000 shall be provided to the Florida Holocaust Museum, and 
$250,000 shall be provided for the Florida African American Heritage 
Preservation Network.
