       Senator Lynn moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (965714) (with title
    2  amendment)
    3  
    4         Between lines 835 and 836
    5  insert:
    6         Section 27. Section 1010.30, Florida Statutes, is amended
    7  to read:
    8         1010.30 Audits required.—
    9         (1) School districts, Florida College System institutions,
   10  and other institutions and agencies under the supervision of the
   11  State Board of Education and state universities under the
   12  supervision of the Board of Governors are subject to the audit
   13  provisions under ss. 11.45 and 218.39.
   14         (2) If an audit contains a significant finding, the
   15  district school board, the Florida College System institution
   16  board of trustees, or the university board of trustees shall
   17  conduct an audit overview during a public meeting.

   21         Delete line 1026
   22  and insert:
   23         Department of Education; amending s. 1010.30, F.S.;
   24         requiring that the district school board, the Florida

   27         during a public meeting if an audit contains
   28         significant findings; amending s. 1012.83, F.S.;
