       Senator Rich moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (959632) (with title
    2  amendment)
    3  
    4         Delete line 3
    5  and insert:
    6         Section 1. (1) Beginning in the 2012-2013 fiscal year, 87.5
    7  percent of the recurring core services funding for each
    8  community-based care lead agency shall be based on the prior
    9  year recurring base of core services and 12.5 percent shall be
   10  based on the equity allocation model.
   11         (2) For the 2012-2013 fiscal year, any new core services
   12  funds shall be allocated based on the equity allocation model.
   13  The allocations shall be proportional to the proportion of
   14  funding based on the equity model and allocated only to the
   15  community-based care lead agency contracts if the current
   16  funding proportion is less than the proportion of funding based
   17  on the equity model.
   18         Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2012.

   23         and insert:
   24         A bill to be entitled
   25         An act relating to the Department of Children and
   26         Family Services; providing for allocations of new and
   27         recurring core services funding for each community
   28         based care lead agency; providing criteria and a basis
   29         for the funding; providing an effective date.
