    1         Senate Amendment

    3         Delete lines 292 - 293
    4  and insert:
    5  2012, or any subsequent amendment to such ordinance or
    6  regulation so long as the ordinance, regulation or any
    7  subsequent amendment to such ordinance or regulation is no less
    8  restrictive than the requirements found in this part.
