       Senator Bogdanoff moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete everything after the enacting clause
    4  and insert:
    5         Section 1. Paragraph (a) of subsection (2) of section
    6  985.686, Florida Statutes, is amended to read:
    7         985.686 Shared county and state responsibility for juvenile
    8  detention.—
    9         (2) As used in this section, the term:
   10         (a) “Detention care” means secure detention and respite
   11  beds for juveniles charged with a domestic violence crime.
   12         Section 2. This act shall take effect upon becoming a law.

   15         And the title is amended as follows:
   16         Delete everything before the enacting clause
   17  and insert:
   18                        A bill to be entitled                      
   19         An act relating to shared county and state
   20         responsibility for juvenile detention; amending s.
   21         985.686, F.S.; redefining the term “detention care” to
   22         include respite beds for juveniles charged with
   23         domestic violence; providing an effective date.
