    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (737610)

    3         Delete lines 26 - 30
    4  and insert:
    5  prevention strategies adopted by rule after July 1, 2012, by the
    6  adjoining district. The governing board may not authorize a
    7  consumptive use of water which violates any reservation adopted
    8  pursuant to subsection (4) or any minimum flow or level adopted
    9  pursuant to ss. 373.042 and 373.0421 after July 1, 2012, unless
