       The Committee on Banking and Insurance (Fasano) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment

    3         Delete lines 169 - 173
    4  and insert:
    5  This sub-sub-subparagraph subjects a surplus lines insurer to
    6  the requirements of ss. 627.4035, 627.4133, 627.4137, 627.420,
    7  627.426, 627.428, 627.701, 627.7011, 627.70131, 627.7019,
    8  627.702, and 627.7283, in addition to part VIII of chapter 626.
