       Senator Thrasher moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete line 85
    4  and insert:
    5  remainder awarded under this act, for a total of $151,000,
    6  absent a waiver of this fee limitation executed by the
    7  claimants, and in such event, the fee may not exceed 25 percent
    8  of the total amount awarded under this act.
