    4  and insert:
    5  electronic filing, then construction plans, drawings,
    6  specifications, reports, final documents, or documents prepared
    7  or issued by a licensee may be dated and electronically signed
    8  and sealed by the licensee in accordance with ss. 668.001
    9  668.006, and
