       Senators Bennett and Rich moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 446 and 447
    4  insert:
    5         (20) Counties as defined in s. 125.011(1), Florida
    6  Statutes, hospital districts, and children’s services districts
    7  established pursuant to s. 125.901, Florida Statutes, are not
    8  eligible for municipal conversion under this section.

   11         And the title is amended as follows:
   12         Delete line 61
   13  and insert:
   14         the incorporation; prohibiting the municipal
   15         conversion of home rule counties, hospital districts,
   16         or children’s services districts; providing an
   17         effective date.
