       Senator Bennett moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete line 1276
    4  and insert:
    5         Section 17. Except as otherwise expressly provided in this
    6  act and except for this section, which shall take effect upon
    7  this act becoming a law, this act shall take effect July 1,
    8  2012.
