On Page: 159             Adds proviso that requires the Department of 
                         Juvenile Justice to create a Juvenile Re-entry Task 
Spec App: 1186           Force to help improve  juvenile offenders reentry 
                         back into their community.

In Section 4, on the bottom of page of Page 158, INSERT the following:

Department of Juvenile Justice shall create a Juvenile Reentry Task 
Force to help improve the effectiveness of the State of Florida in 
facilitating the re-entry of juvenile offenders into their communities 
so as to reduce the incidence of recidivism.  The Task Force shall be 
comprised of no more than eleven (11) members, and shall include, but 
not be limited to, the Secretary of the Department of Juvenile Justice, 
or her designee, the Executive Director of the Department of Economic 
Opportunity, or her designee, the Secretary of the Department of 
Children and Families, or his designee, the Commissioner of Education, 
or his designee, the Attorney General, or her designee, the former 
chairman of Governor Bush's Ex-Offender Task Force, who will serve as 
the chairman of the Juvenile Reentry Task Force, and preferably at least 
one representative from the law enforcement, business, education, 
faith-based organizations, community-based organizations, and legal 
professions; each of whom shall be appointed by and serve at the 
pleasure of the Secretary of Department of Juvenile Justice.  The Task 
Force shall meet at the call of the chairman on or before July 15, 2012 
and report its findings and recommendations to the Governor and the

Legislature by December 12, 2012.  Task Force members shall not receive 
compensation.  The Task Force shall be staffed by and housed 
administratively within the Department of Juvenile Justice.
