Following Specific Appropriation 97, INSERT:

From the funds in Specific Appropriation 97, Virtual Instruction 
Programs as defined in section 1002.45, Florida Statutes, must provide 
virtual courses in accessible formats for students with disabilities, 
including, but not limited to, students who are visually impaired, 
learning disabled, or physically disabled.  Accessible formats include 
virtual courses that are compatible with assistive technology products 
and assistive listening systems such as screen readers, keyboard-enabled 
graphical user interfaces, and open captions.  All providers of virtual 
instruction programs shall provide virtually accessible online courses 
through reasonable and allowable accommodations to all eligible 
students, including students with disabilities who have individual 
education plans or accommodation plans issued under s. 504 of the 
Rehabilitation Act of 1973.
