Immediately following Specific Appropriation 336, INSERT:

From the funds in Specific Appropriation 366, the nonrecurring sum of 
$50,000 from the General Revenue Fund shall be used to fund a report on 
the costs of transition from Family Services of Metro Orlando to the 
Community Based Care (CBC) of Central Florida, including debts carried 
forward to CBC of Central Florida.   The report shall be submitted to 
the President of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of 
Representatives.
