The Committee on Budget (Margolis) recommended the following LATE FILED 
amendment:

Section: 06              EXPLANATION:

On Page: 279             Provides $5,000,000 from the Local Government 
                         Housing Trust Fund (a part of the "Sadowsky Housing 
Spec App: 2300A          Funds") to the State Housing Initiatives Partnership 
                         Program (SHIP) administered by the Florida Housing 
                         Finance Corporation within the Department of 
                         Economic Opportunity.  These funds are to be used 
                         for roof rehabilitation for Citizens Property 
                         Insurance Corporation policy holders to help them 
                         comply with requirements for continued insurance 
                         coverage.
