       The Committee on Budget (Wise) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 294 and 295
    4  insert:
    5         Section 6. Present subsection (9) of section 1006.20,
    6  Florida Statutes, is redesignated as subsection (10), and a new
    7  subsection (9) is added to that section, to read:
    8         1006.20 Athletics in public K-12 schools.—
    9         (9) FINES.—Any fine collected by the Florida High School
   10  Athletic Association shall be deposited into the Educational
   11  Enhancement Trust Fund within the Department of Education.
