       The Committee on Budget (Gaetz) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 1726 and 1727
    4  insert:
    5         Section 20. Effective upon this act becoming a law and for
    6  the 2011-2012 state fiscal year only, a public hospital located
    7  in trauma service area 2 which has local funds available for
    8  intergovernmental transfers that allow for exemptions from
    9  inpatient and outpatient reimbursement limitations may,
   10  notwithstanding s. 409.905(5)(c), Florida Statues, have its
   11  reimbursement rates adjusted after September 30 of the state
   12  fiscal year in which the rates take effect.

   15         And the title is amended as follows:
   16         Delete line 83
   17  and insert:
   18         Care for the Elderly; providing that a public hospital
   19         located in trauma service area 2 which has local funds
   20         available for intergovernmental transfers may have its
   21         reimbursement rates adjusted after a certain date;
   22         providing effective dates.
