       The Committee on Budget (Joyner) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 1219 - 1226
    4  and insert:
    5         2. If the recipient resides in a county in which only one
    6  managed care plan is accepting Medicaid enrollees and the
    7  recipient is already enrolled in MediPass, the agency shall
    8  assign the recipient to MediPass. A recipient assigned to
    9  MediPass under this subparagraph may opt out of MediPass and
   10  choose a managed care plan during the 90-day opt out period.
