       The Committee on Regulated Industries (Bogdanoff) recommended
       the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (566168) 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 1871 - 1875
    4  and insert:
    5         (2) A limited gaming license may be issued only to a
    6  licensed pari-mutuel permitholder located in a county where a
    7  resort license has been issued, and limited gaming may be
    8  conducted only at the pari-mutuel facility at which the
    9  permitholder conducted a full schedule of live pari-mutuel
   10  racing or games prior to January 15, 2012.
