       Senator Flores moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to House Amendment (504515) (with title
    2  amendment)
    3  
    4         Between lines 4 and 5
    5  insert:
    6         Section 1. Effective May 12, 2012, subsection (15) is added
    7  to section 408.7056, Florida Statutes, to read:
    8         408.7056 Subscriber Assistance Program.—
    9         (15) This section applies only to prepaid health clinics
   10  certified under chapter 641, Florida Healthy Kids plans, and
   11  health plan health insurance policies or health maintenance
   12  contracts that meet the requirements of 45 C.F.R. s. 147.140,
   13  but only if the health plan does not elect to have all of its
   14  health insurance policies or health maintenance contracts
   15  subject to applicable internal grievance and external review
   16  processes by an independent review organization. A health plan
   17  must notify the agency in writing if it elects to have all of
   18  its health insurance policies or health maintenance contracts
   19  subject to such external review.
