       The Committee on Community Affairs (Thrasher) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 20 - 23
    4  and insert:
    5  deed application fee of $75 and for the cost of providing
    6  electronic tax deed application services, if applicable.
    7

    9         And the title is amended as follows:
   10         Delete lines 3 - 5
   11  and insert:
   12         F.S.; authorizing tax collector reimbursement for the
   13         cost of electronic deed application services;
