       The Committee on Budget Subcommittee on General Government
       Appropriations (Latvala) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete line 193
    4  and insert:
    5         Section 4. Effective upon this act becoming a law, the sum
    6  of $2,888,460 in nonrecurring funds is appropriated to the
    7  Department of Environmental Protection from the Solid Waste
    8  Management Trust Fund in the Fixed Capital Outlay-Agency
    9  Managed-Closing and Long-Term Care of Solid Waste Management
   10  Facilities appropriation category pursuant to s. 403.709(5),
   11  Florida Statutes.
   12         Section 5. Except as otherwise expressly provided in this
   13  act and except for this section, which shall take effect upon
   14  this act becoming a law, this act shall take effect July 1,
   15  2012.
