       Senator Bogdanoff moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (109490) (with title
    2  amendment)

    4         Between lines 460 and 461
    5  insert:
    6         Section 11. Subsection (3) of section 400.601, Florida
    7  Statutes, is amended to read:
    8         400.601 Definitions.—As used in this part, the term:
    9         (3) “Hospice” means a centrally administered corporation or
   10  a limited liability company that provides providing a continuum
   11  of palliative and supportive care for the terminally ill patient
   12  and his or her family.
