    3         Delete lines 254 - 256
    4  and insert:
    5  373.41492;
    6         5. Mitigation provided for single-family lots or homeowners
    7  under subsection (6);
    8         6. Mitigation provided for electric utility impacts
    9  certified under part II of chapter 403; or
   10         7. Mitigation provided on sovereign submerged lands under
   11  subsection (6).
