       The Committee on Budget Subcommittee on Transportation, Tourism,
       and Economic Development Appropriations (Bennett) recommended
       the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with directory and title amendments)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 812 - 831
    4  and insert:
    5         (26) To provide consulting services to a private developer
    6  or landowner for a project, if not serving in a review capacity
    7  in the future, except that statutorily mandated services may be
    8  provided by the regional planning council regardless of its
    9  review role.

   14  and insert:
