       Senator Thrasher moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete line 73
    4  and insert:
    5  under section 2 of this act, absent a waiver of this fee
    6  limitation executed by the claimants, and in such event, the fee
    7  may not exceed 25 percent of the total amount awarded under this
    8  act.
