    1                        A bill to be entitled                      
    2         An act relating to court costs; repealing s. 57.101,
    3         F.S., which prohibits the Supreme Court from taxing
    4         the costs of copies of records against the losing
    5         party under certain circumstances; providing an
    6         effective date.

    8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
    9  
   10         Section 1. Section 57.101, Florida Statutes, is repealed.
   11         Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2012.
