1 A bill to be entitled
2 An act relating to transportation facility
3 designations; providing honorary designations of
4 certain transportation facilities in specified
5 counties; directing the Department of Transportation
6 to erect suitable markers; providing an effective
7 date.

9 Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

11 Section 1. Mardi Gras Way designated; Department of
12 Transportation to erect suitable markers.—
13 (1) That portion of State Road 824 between Interstate 95
14 and State Road A1A in Broward County is designated as “Mardi
15 Gras Way.”
16 (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
17 suitable markers designating Mardi Gras Way as described in
18 subsection (1).
19 Section 2. West Park Boulevard designated; Department of
20 Transportation to erect suitable markers.—
21 (1) That portion of State Road 7 between Pembroke Road and
22 Countyline Road in Broward County is designated as “West Park
23 Boulevard.”
24 (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
25 suitable markers designating West Park Boulevard as described in
26 subsection (1).
27 Section 3. Pembroke Park Boulevard designated; Department
28 of Transportation to erect suitable markers.—
29 (1) That portion of State Road 858 between Interstate 95
30 and S.W. 56th Avenue in Broward County is designated as
31 “Pembroke Park Boulevard.”
32 (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
33 suitable markers designating Pembroke Park Boulevard as
34 described in subsection (1).
35 Section 4. This act shall take effect July 1, 2012.
