       Senator Thrasher moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete line 48
    4  and insert:
    5  to this claim may not exceed $100,000, absent a waiver of this
    6  fee limitation executed by the guardian of the claimant, and in
    7  such event, the fee may not exceed 25 percent of the total
    8  amount awarded under this act.
