       Senator Detert moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 1186 - 1215
    4  and insert:
    5         (d) Project evaluation criteria.—Economic benefits
    6  generated by the project.
    7         (e) Project performance goals.—
    8         1. The incremental direct jobs attributable to the project,
    9  identifying the number of jobs generated and the number of jobs
   10  retained.
   11         2. The number of jobs generated and the number of jobs
   12  retained by the project, and for projects commencing after
   13  October 1, 2013, the average annual wage of persons holding such
   14  jobs.
   15         3. The incremental direct capital investment in the state
   16  generated by the project.
   17         (f) Total state investment to date.—The total amount of
   18  state investment disbursed to the participant business to date
   19  under the terms of the contract, itemized by incentive program.
   20         (4) The department shall calculate and publish on its
   21  website the economic benefits of each project within 48 hours
   22  after the conclusion of the agreement between each participant
   23  business and the department. The department shall work with the
   24  Office of Economic and Demographic Research to provide a
   25  description of the methodology used to calculate the economic
   26  benefits of a project, and the department must publish the
   27  information on its website.
