       Senator Detert moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 1416 and 1417
    4  insert:
    5         Section 17. The amendments to s. 288.107, Florida Statutes,
    6  made by this act do not apply to any party seeking a brownfield
    7  redevelopment bonus refund where, before the effective date of
    8  this act:
    9         (1) A resolution endorsing the refund was approved by the
   10  local government;
   11         (2) Any such party seeking the refund filed a notice of
   12  intent to seek a refund or filed an application for the refund
   13  with the Department of Economic Opportunity or Enterprise
   14  Florida, Inc.; or
   15         (3) Any such party seeking the refund executed an actual
   16  tax refund agreement with the Department of Economic
   17  Opportunity.
