       The Committee on Community Affairs (Soto) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment

    3         Delete lines 27 - 42
    4  and insert:
    5  	(b) Solely for the purposes of this section, the department
    6  shall require that a service provider, vendor, or well owner or
    7  operator report to the Chemical Disclosure Registry, at a
    8  minimum, the total volume of water used in the hydraulic
    9  fracturing treatment, each chemical ingredient that is subject
   10  to 29 C.F.R. s. 1910.1200(g)(2), and the ingredient
   11  concentration in the hydraulic fluid by mass for each well on
   12  which hydraulic fracturing treatments are performed.
