       Senator Detert moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 1521 - 1535
    4  and insert:
    5  
    6         Section 11. Effective January 1, 2014, a child or young
    7  adult who is a participant in the program shall transfer to the
    8  program services provided in this act, and his or her monthly
    9  stipend may not be reduced, the method of payment of the monthly
   10  stipend may not be changed, and the young adult may not be
   11  required to change his or her living arrangement. These
   12  conditions shall remain in effect for a child or young adult
   13  until he or she ceases to meet the eligibility requirements
   14  under which he or she entered the Road-to-Independence Program.
   15  A child or young adult applying or reapplying for the Road-to
   16  Independence Program on or after January 1, 2014, may apply for
   17  program services only as provided in this act.
