       Senator Detert moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete line 279
    4  and insert:
    5  
    6  over the young adult. Notwithstanding s. 39.013(2), the court
    7  shall resume jurisdiction over the young adult if the department
    8  establishes that he or she continues to meet the eligibility
    9  requirements in this section.
