       The Committee on Commerce and Tourism (Stargel) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 352 - 357
    4  and insert:
    5         (u) For a Class “G” licensee, failing to complete
    6  recertification training required to carry a firearm while
    7  performing regulated duties.
    8         (v) For a Class “K” licensee, failing to maintain active
    9  certification as a professional firearms trainer.
