       The Committee on Environmental Preservation and Conservation
       (Gardiner) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Between lines 1110 and 1111
    4  insert:
    5         Section 13. For the 2013-2014 fiscal year, the sums of
    6  $950,000 in nonrecurring and $50,000 in recurring funds are
    7  appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of
    8  Environmental Protection for the purpose of implementing this
    9  act.
