       The Committee on Education (Legg) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 1559 - 1560
    4  and insert:
    5  In the 2013-2014 fiscal year, funds awarded under subparagraph
    6  1. may not be awarded on the basis of a new competition, and the
    7  universities that received awards under subparagraph 1. in the
    8  2012-2013 fiscal year shall be awarded the same amount in the
    9  2013-2014 fiscal year.
