       The Committee on Children, Families, and Elder Affairs (Sobel)
       recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 64 and 65
    4  insert:
    5         Section 3. The Department of Children and Families shall
    6  convene a work group to review part I of chapter 394, the
    7  Florida Mental Health Act, to determine whether revisions are
    8  necessary to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of its
    9  operation and to recommend appropriate changes. The department
   10  shall submit a report of its findings and recommendations to the
   11  Governor, the Senate President, and the Speaker of the House by
   12  January 1, 2014.

   17  and insert:
