       The Committee on Criminal Justice (Dean) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 122 - 125
    4  and insert:
    5  
    6  If a person convicted of violating this subsection committed the
    7  offense while incarcerated in a jail or correctional
    8  institution, the sentencing court shall issue a written finding
    9  that the offense occurred while the person was incarcerated in a
   10  jail or correctional institution and direct that a copy of the
   11  written finding and judgment of conviction be forwarded to the
   12  appropriate state institution or county facility for
   13  consideration of disciplinary action, including forfeiture of
   14  all gain-time or any early release credits accumulated up to the
   15  date of the violation.
