       Senator Diaz de la Portilla moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 4821 and 4822
    4  insert:
    5         Section 85. Ralph Sanchez Way designated; Department of
    6  Transportation to erect suitable markers.—
    7         (1) That portion of U.S. 1 in Miami-Dade County between
    8  South East 2nd Street and North East 3rd Street is designated as
    9  “Ralph Sanchez Way.”
   10         (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
   11  suitable markers designating Ralph Sanchez Way as described in
   12  subsection (1).

   15         And the title is amended as follows:
   16         Delete line 444
   17  and insert:
   18         deceptive trade practice; providing honorary
   19         designation of a certain transportation facility in a
   20         specified county; directing the Department of
   21         Transportation to erect suitable markers; providing
   22         effective dates.
