       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    5         (f) The requirement under paragraphs (a) and (b) that each
    6  agency post information and documentation relating to contracts
    7  on the tracking system does not apply to any record that could
    8  reveal attorney work product or strategy.
