       Appropriations Subcommittee on Finance and Tax (Ring)
       recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 68 - 74
    4  and insert:
    5         (c) Sale of land for a purchase price that which is three
    6  or more times the agricultural assessment placed on the land
    7  creates shall create a presumption that such land is not used
    8  primarily for bona fide agricultural purposes. Upon a showing of
    9  special circumstances by the landowner demonstrating that the
   10  land is to be continued in bona fide agriculture, this
   11  presumption may be rebutted.
