       The Committee on Criminal Justice (Altman) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 93 and 94
    4  insert:
    5         Section 3. Paragraph (b) of subsection (3) of section
    6  48.081, Florida Statutes, is amended to read:
    7         48.081 Service on corporation.—
    8         (3)
    9         (b) If the address provided for the registered agent,
   10  officer, director, or principal place of business is a residence
   11  or private mailbox, service on the corporation may be made by
   12  serving the registered agent, officer, or director in accordance
   13  with s. 48.031.
