       The Committee on Commerce and Tourism (Hays) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 1465 - 1520
    4  and insert:
    5         (1) For furnishing a certified copy, $30.
    6         (2) For filing original articles of organization or
    7  articles of revocation of dissolution, $100.
    8         (3) For filing a foreign limited liability company’s
    9  application for a certificate of authority to transact business,
   10  $100.
   11         (4) For filing a certificate of merger of limited liability
   12  companies or other business entities, $25 per constituent party
   13  to the merger, unless a specific fee is required for a party
   14  under other applicable law.
   15         (5) For filing an annual report, $50.
   16         (6) For filing an application for reinstatement after an
   17  administrative or judicial dissolution or a revocation of
   18  authority to transact business, $100.
   19         (7) For filing a certificate designating a registered agent
   20  or changing a registered agent, $25.
   21         (8) For filing a registered agent’s statement of
   22  resignation from an active limited liability company, $85.
   23         (9) For filing a registered agent’s statement of
   24  resignation from a dissolved limited liability company, $25.
   25         (10) For filing a certificate of conversion of a limited
   26  liability company, $25.
   27         (11) For filing any other limited liability company
   28  document, $25.
   29         (12) For furnishing a certificate of status, $5.
