       The Committee on Judiciary (Bradley) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 66 - 75
    4  and insert:
    5         8.a. The defendant has previously been sentenced pursuant
    6  to s. 775.082(9) or s. 775.084 as a prison releasee reoffender,
    7  habitual violent felony offender, three-time violent felony
    8  offender, or violent career criminal, or the state attorney
    9  files a notice seeking that the defendant be sentenced pursuant
   10  to s. 775.082(9) or s. 775.084, as a prison releasee reoffender,
   11  habitual violent felony offender, three-time violent felony
   12  offender, or violent career criminal;
   13         b. There is a substantial probability that the defendant
   14  committed the current offense; and
