       The Committee on Ethics and Elections (Latvala) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 1862 and 1863
    4  insert:
    5         Section 14. (1) For the 2013-2014 fiscal year, one full
    6  time equivalent position, with associated salary rate of
    7  $33,000, is authorized, and $42,900 in recurring funds from the
    8  Elections Commission Trust Fund within the Department of Legal
    9  Affairs is appropriated to the Florida Elections Commission to
   10  carry out the provisions of this act.
   11         (2) For the 2013-2014 fiscal year, two full-time equivalent
   12  positions, with associated salary rate of $57,297, are
   13  authorized, and $85,000 in recurring funds from the General
   14  Revenue Fund is appropriated to the Division of Elections of the
   15  Department of State to carry out the provisions of this act.
   16         (3) This section shall take effect July 1, 2013.

   19         And the title is amended as follows:
   20         Delete line 63
   21  and insert:
   22         Legislature by a specified date; providing
   23         appropriations; authorizing specified numbers of full
   24         time equivalent positions with associated salary rates
   25         within the Florida Elections Commission and Division
   26         of Elections; amending ss. 101.62,
