       The Committee on Commerce and Tourism (Hukill) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 354 - 360
    4  and insert:
    5         (7) As provided in s. 212.094(6), the department may audit
    6  to verify that the distributions pursuant to this section have
    7  been expended as required. If the department determines that the
    8  distributions have not been expended as required, it may pursue
    9  recovery of such funds pursuant to the laws and rules governing
   10  the assessment of taxes.
